The dry weather, with little rain, is putting stresses on most of our planting and trees at Diswellstown Manor. Andrew has asked SAP to hand water as much as possible today and tomorrow.
There is some rain forecast for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. However, to get the horticulture to Sunday, we are asking residents to help out and do a small bit of watering of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees in the environs of their own properties. It is a bit of an unusual request, but any help owners can give to help plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to survive until Sunday would be great.
N.B: Ideally try not to water over plants during direct sunlight – the cool of the evening or early morning is best. Water at the root any stage of the day.
